Customer service is below standard Oct 07, 2010

The sword is well made and sharp as indicated by the advertisement. However, it took many requests from the seller to get the complete order as they forgot to send the stand and the cleaning kit. The seller will not answer any email correspondence unless you leave a poor review and then they are on the phone with you the same day. I placed the original order on September 5 and received the sword promptly but not the stand or the cleaning kit. After weeks of emailing them, I left feedback that described their customer service as poor. Later that day they called me at home and stated that if I removed the "Poor Customer Feedback" they would ship the remaining products out the following Monday. When I finally received the complete order, it was so poorly packaged that the Sword oil (from the cleaning kit) bottle was broken and oil covered all items in the box. Bottom line is their customer service is non-existent!
