Order up a size for sure. They are right when they say snug fit. If you are punching and blocking your fists get hot they will cut off circulation if you order too small a size. I've also used them with a heavy bag to avoid getting cold between working out and they hold up pretty well.

My son is happy with the gloves. The padding on the photos look a bit more over the knuckles. Their not but thats ok.
