Macho Warrior kicks are the best foot pads I have found for sparring. The extra layer of padding protects the instep and also reduces the impact on your partner. The pads are subject to tearing under hard sparring conditions but this should be expected. Red duct tape is the best repair tool I have found and the pads remain usable. I typically replace my foot pads every six to nine months. My experience with my order was very good. I received the the gear quickly and had no problems with the quality of the product or the accuracy of the order.
