Focus mitts are an essential tool for those serious about their striking skills. Most people can hit a non-moving target hard, and most can hit a moving target. But if you want to hit a moving target HARD, you've got to practice. That's where focus mitts come in handy, and these have everything you'd want. They're stiff, comfortable and have a Velcro wrist strap to keep them secure. They come in both leather and vinyl. The leather's got a better feel and is more durable, but they're also more expensive. Like most Tiger Claw products, these combine good pricing and quality, I give them five stars.
