I live in an apartment where hanging even a light bag was not an option. I bought this and mounted it on the wall using bolts and rope clips and it's been perfects. the protrusion at the top hung at face height works out for an everyday home workout! I kick on this thing against the wall and it's help up great. No tears and the handles are holding up just fine too. It's very well made and the price was affordable.
