 Size runs VERY large Jun 11, 2009

I purchased this gi for my boyfriends Ryu costume. On the site size chart it says size 5 is for someone 5'11" - 6'2", 170 - 200 lbs. My boyfriend is 5'11" and 175-180 lbs. When the gi arrived it looked and felt very nice but it runs VERY large! On the actual package that it arrived in it said size 5 is for 6' 200 lbs and the size 4 is actually what I should of bought. Thankfully I'm cutting the arms and bottom of the pants off or else I would have had to return it. For the price it is an excellent quality.

DONT LISTEN TO THE KNUCKLEHEAD THAT SAID THESE RUN LARGE! I made that mistake and now I'm stuck with a gi that is borderline TIGHT. Get the one that it says will fit your size, not the one above or below. If I wasn't using mine for halloween, I would ABSOLUTELY be sending this back.

It has held up really well so far (about 10 washes). It was a bit stiff at first, but after about 2-3 washes, it softened right up!

Uniform came promptly. I was very pleased with the quality, service, and price. I bought it simply for a Halloween costume, but this uniform will last for a long time!
