Excellent introduction to Kadochnikov movement basics Jan 21, 2008

I bought the 4 video set and the translation is excellent, the video quality satisfactory. My only complaint is that small 'commercials' are interspersed in between the sections, advertising training in Russia with Mr. Vadim. If I were to train in Russia, I would love to do so with Mr. Kadochnikov and his son. I would rate it 5 stars if it did not have these small interruptions.
