Description:

This sword measures 41 inches in overall length, with a 27 inch blade made of 440 Stainless Steel, and an 11 1/2 inch blue nylon cord wrapped handle. Includes free display stand! The tsuba (guard) is a simple black cast metal ring design. The saya (scabbard) is finished with a blue lacquer and made of wood. The sageo (wrap around scabbard) is a solid blue nylon cord. This is a reverse blade sword, meaning the edge of the blade is along what is traditionally the back side of the blade. The purpose of such a design is one in which one has sworn to no longer take a life but must still defend their own life.

a big manly sword. great finsh good look and feel nothing wrong with it but the end was coming off where the hand wrap is tied off at but nothing like a little hot glue to fix

Well, this was my first sword I ever bought and I must say that it's a nice one too add to any sword collection.
It always starts a conversation anytime someone sees it and then realizes that the blade is reverse.
It's been over two months now as well, and the only thing you should do is wipe the blade once every two weeks I guess because thats all I do to keep it looking flawless.
I would recommend this to anyone who likes to collect swords because it was worth the price and everything was quite nice.

it's a beautiful blue sword with it a sharp Reverse blade that is gorgeous buy this sword if your looking for something different to add to you sword collection!!!!
