This is a handy tactical gear but it quickly rusts. I dont know the reason behind the build up of rust.

Easy to Carry. It looks like a Kubotan when not expanded. I carry it every time I leave
the house. It isn't lightweight, but for it to be effective it has to have some weight.
When you get it practice extending it often, and in different directions. Some ways it extend's fully easier than others. You hear a click when it is fully extended. I have carried a kubotan for years. Get the Kubotan Book and you will learn many different
ways to use it.
