Great DVD overall. There is tons of material on this DVD. The first three volumes go through the Omoplata from every conceivable position. The last ones go through the guillotine and the crucifix. I like Marcelo's videos because he goes over the same position many times though gives you alternatives no matter how your opponent reacts to your first move. My only thought for improvement would be a little more material on troubleshooting the Omoplata position. He does however go through the basics and fundamentals of the position.

I think Marcelo is a great fighter and his style is exciting to watch. He shows some great details to his moves, however, he gives you about 16 moves per DVD and they are slightly different variation of the same move.
I do recommend this series of DVD if you want to pay the price for about 6 different moves.
