This is a great chest protector for somebody getting into paintball for price and protection. The only bad thing i have to say about it is it limits movements. But otherwise i love it. its also kinda hard to fit pods with this thing on.

My boys have begun to paintball and I was concerned about safety. These are nice vests for the price. I looked at others in the local stores and couldn't find any that would adjust to fits my teenage sons.

I ordered two of these for my sons, who love paintball, but always come home with several nasty red welts. These vests are lightweight and flexible, and provide the perfect protection. The most difficult part is getting them to remember to wear them.

I personally got this item so I could go clubbing in my own "cyber armour" without sacrificing comfort and paying over $100. My friend, an avid paintball player, saw this and just had to test-drive it. He told me the next day that when he got hit, not only did it not hurt, there were no breaks, which meant he could be in the game longer. I am short (5'3") and weigh about 125 pounds (majority in the gut region) and it fit my body perfectly. My friend is 6'4" and 280 pounds and it too accomodated his frame quite well.I should let anyone interested know, however, that if someone is very tall AND big, it will obviously not fit as well, especially in the lower abdominal region. All in all, not only was it good for paintball, it also looks great at the club.
