Very thick, high quality Judogi for a very reasonable price. If you are not practicing in a cool environment, or doing an awful lot of mat-work, go with a good quality single weave instead. I sweat my buckets in this thing!

Purchased a blue Gi and I must admit that at first the quality seemed pretty good, however that was literally washed away after the first wash. Color started to come off and it has been two weeks that I have been attempting to contact the seller without any success. I suggest you take your money to a better quality product.

Very nice double weave for those on a tight budget Feb 09, 2009

This is an excellent double weave judogi to have as an alternate if you are a person that already has a high quality gi like the ones put out by Mizuno. At 5'6", 155lbs the size 4 is a little too big after washing it but I did not want to risk buying the size 3 at my height and weight for fear it may be too small. The Mizuno Kano fits me better but that judogi costs more than double than what I paid for this one. I think this judogi is perfect for the beginner who is over 200lbs and needs the durability of a double weave. There's no need for a beginner to shell out hundreds on a quality double weave when this one will work great!

I've now had this judogi for nearly two years and it's still performing well. Outside of minor sweat stains the uniform looks *exactly* the same as when I purchased it nearly two years ago. My Mizuno Kano looks like garbage compared to this gi. I can't speak to the quality of the blue gi but the white gi still looks great. I guess I'm most surprised that there isn't a single shred by the collar considering this is my primary training gi.

Wow... this uniform is fantastic. I had to replace one of my uniforms of years ago and bought this one. When I received it, I was impressed with the heaviness of the fabric, the design of durability, and it was a bit big. I prefer Judo style uniforms over others. The heaviness of the fabric forces one to work harder at perfecting their technique.

Nice strong judogi, strong reinforcements, heavy fabric, nice traditional rice grain cloth, sturdy. Pants are also sturdy, heavy fabric good stitching. Gi does run a bit on the big side. Arms are longer than i expected, but even better, i can custom fit them. And for that price? Excellent quality! Can be used at any level.
