Dual purpose space saver unit features a speed bag platform on one side and space to hang a heavy bag on the other. Constructed of 3" tubular steel with three weight pegs for stability. Speed bag platform vertically adjusts from 67" to 79" with two locking pins and includes a ball-bearing swivel for fast bag action. Heavy bag, speed bag and weights not included.

Punching bag stand Jan 02, 2012

Solid piece of equipment. Will only give it 4 stars because the speedbag stand has a built in mount. My speed bag has its own mount so now i have o buy another speed bag. I cant remove the mount because it is made of particle board and we all know its not a good idea to remove stuff from particle board once it has already been put there. Other then that its a solid piece of equipment.
