I also used for kicking. It was test for my hand skin.

I purchased that to practice punching. But it is very uncomfortable for punches, especially with hands. If I connect with the shield, it hurts bearer's hands and body. Probably I tried to use that in a wrong way. That is why gave 3 stars instead of 1.
