Description:

Camo gray fight shorts, ideal for submission wrestling and MMA. With a Spandex/Lycra flex panel running through the inside of the legs and groin, they stretch easily. These shorts are SUPER comfortable. It also means they don't have to be as "baggy" to allow the same freedom of movement.

They also have an internal drawstring, velcro closure on the front/fly.

These shorts are made of 80% polyester and 20% nylon. They are not "slick" (like 100% poly) nor "sticky" like a microfiber would be. The same pattern is on the back of the shorts too.

"Long" thigh length - with a FLEX PANEL in legs and groin!
Velcro double closure waist (no rough part exposed)

My Favorite Workout Shorts! Jul 29, 2010

Nobody can beat the price for the quality of these shorts. Piranah Gear Shorts were featured in the April 2009 edition of Men's Health in the article "Real World Workout" That's when i first heard about them. When the time came for me to get another pair of fight shorts, i ordered these after also reading all the good reviews. I agree totally with some of the others. These shorts are durable, breathable and the flex panel is second to none. I wear these shorts while martial arts training, playing raquetball, in the weight room (they're comfortable doing squats and on the sled), running and i might even get another pair to swim in. You can't go wrong. The good people at Piranah Gear also sent me e-mails thanking me and letting me know the staus of my order. They weren't web-site generated e-mails either. Someone actually typed them out. That was a first for me and i order quite alot online. I highly recommend these shorts and this company w/o hesitation!

I've been looking for a pair of MMA shorts for a couple of years now, but have been turned off by the cost of "quality" shorts. Who can justify spending $60+ on a pair of shorts!?! I'm so glad that I got this pair. Awesome bang-for-your-buck. They look great, are lightweight yet durable, and fit perfectly. I've used them for MMA, running, and weight training without a problem. I will definitely be getting another pair. Thanks, Piranha Gear, for making an affordable, well-made product!

I bought these shorts for my husband, and he loves them, best shorts he's ever owned. He said they fit perfectly and are real comfortable. Also, he loves the length , not too long right below mid thigh. I would recommend these shorts , I will be ordering more styles soon.

Like all piranha gear products, these shorts are the best for the money. They fit perfectly. If you haven't bought from Piranha before, check the sizing. They run smaller/more snug than other board short brands. But once you've bought a pair, you won't buy from anyone else.

AS described, and fit just right, these are not as long as sprawl shorts, which is good since I am 5ft 8 inches, they still go below the knee but dont touch the ground (haha). The size guide was right on.
